In this course a candidate will learn about interacting with customers and executing service and product demonstrations. The course content will cover:
Process applications for credit facilities - giving clear explanations about the features and applicable conditions. Participants will learn how to assist customers in filling documents as well as in performing credit checks and authorization procedures which include legal procedures. They will also learn techniques for assessing credit worthiness.
Maintaining an environment that ensures security based on company policy and legal requirements. Participants will learn about recognizing and reducing risk, procedures and techniques for personal safety. They will also learn how to set in place security procedures during breaks or time away from the workplace.
Product demonstration – pre-demonstration preparation, giving clear and accurate explanations about the usage& benefits, gain customer interest in order to promote sales. The participants will also be able to advise customers on aspects such as warranty, replacements, and repair.
Customer satisfaction related to information on special products – its benefits, features, alternative products, etc.
Sales pitch – through demonstrations, clear and accurate descriptions, assisting customer in decision making, personalized pre- and post-sales support, and resolve customer concerns.
Health and safety where the participants will learn to deal with accidents and emergencies, reporting them to the appropriate authority, raising an alarm, evacuation and guiding everyone towards exit points.
The training will cover all technical skills and soft skills with particular emphasis on professional behavior, etiquette, verbal and non-verbal communication.
The approach is interactive, where the participants learn by doing. The sessions will be theoretical as well as practical. On completing the training the candidate will be proficient in executing the duties of a sales associate in a retail setting.
