These professionals play a crucial role in providing healthcare to people while supporting physicians and surgeons to provide comprehensive care at a deeper level.

A study by KPMG for HSSC states that - "The healthcare sector grew by almost 100% from 2.75 (in 2008) to 4.8 lakh crores (in 2012). It is poised to grow to INR. 9.64 lakh crore by 2017. The sector currently employs around 39 Lakh employees and is slated to employ more than 74 Lakh by 2022".

It is thus obvious that in our country with a population of over a billion, there is a huge demand for healthcare professionals. However the number of trained and employable professionals falls far below the requirement, in both rural and urban sectors.

Sona Yukti is dedicated to filling this gap by providing certified courses for these jobs. The training that we conduct will provide professional training, irrespective of their social or economic background, resulting in a fulfilling career which will empower them socially and economically.

Participants are given a complete understanding of the concepts and processes involved in healthcare, aligned to the National Skills Qualification, for the posts of:

• Home Health Aide
• General Duty Assistant
