In this course a candidate will learn about electronic data entry and providing daily work reports, database management systems, and IT initiatives.
The course content will cover:
Software – relevant to work performance and data entry
Storing data – ascertaining information/data that has to be entered and storing it
Data entry – through transcription and verification from diverse resource material
Other duties – related to filing, security, backup, handling the switchboard, reception desk, and other relevant clerical work
Manage work within the specified time in conjunction with standard procedures
Maintain a healthy, safe and secure working environment. Participants will learn the importance of keeping the place tidy, clean, and free of hazards. They will be given instruction on basic first aid and the procedures to be followed in an emergency.
The training will cover all technical skills and soft skills; with particular emphasis on professional behavior, etiquette, verbal and non-verbal communication.
The approach is interactive, where the participants learn by doing. The sessions will be theoretical as well as practical. On completing the training the candidate will be proficient at entering, storing and retrieving data, meeting the client’s expectations.
